1. Online Cleaned dust collector for classifier
Where the heavy molecules drop out of the stream of air, the air, which is loaded with dust enters the hopper. Heavy Particles in a boiler are stuck in the air, as result rises in the filter bags. The moving air via the filter bags provides collected dust particles on the outside surface of the filter bags as the pollution-free air collect via the collector. The jets of compressed air, at exact intervals, passes via the venturies thru blowpipes and pulses. This includes a briefly switching strong flow of secondary air through the bags. This produces an internal shock wave that develops the bag to compress and curve outwards as the shock travels down the height of the bag. The process lets the dust dislodgement of the airflow which is inverted on the surface of the bag which then drops into a hopper. Airflow via a row of bags is swapped through this process, but only for a second. Throughout the collector of dust, this then gives an airflow that is in a steady-state. Via a Solid Form timer, the Cleansing Operation can easily be changed and controlled. The perfect timer regulation is enabled and controlled by a differential pressure gauge. To reduce the compressed air consumption in the process, the gaps and durations of a pulse can be simply adjusted at the timer.
2. Off-line Cleaned dust collector for classifier
Partition of the dust collector is also possible. In this case, the flow of the unclean air is controlled into the compartments by the Isolation/Poppet valves residing in the pure air plenum. There's the choice to equip all of the compartments with either a single pulse valve that provides the bunch of bags with compressed air or have the quick pulsing air blown into the blowpipes. That is outside the bag rows in the compartment through individual pulsing valves. The airflow through the compartment is barricaded during the cleaning process as the isolation damper shuts. For the cleansing approach, a burst of air is supplied into the bags through the entrance of the pulse valve for approx. two seconds. For the duration time of the pulsing procedure, the compartment remains offline. The time for that can be more lengthy or concise as required. The compartment is brought back on stream on the automatic reopening of the Isolation/Poppet.
